Full Termite Inspection

This is a complete and thorough termite inspection of your single family residence, townhome or condominium. It includes the interior, exterior perimeter and first story eave framing, attic and subarea, if applicable. We generate a complete report, generally, the day following the inspection and email, fax or mail the report to you at your request. This inspection satisfies all requirements for the sale of a home. If there are any chemical treatments or repair work that needs to be completed to issue a clearance on the property, we provide you with a reasonable and competitive quote for the items listed in our report.

Home Inspection

We also offer home inspections along with termite inspections. We aim to offer two inspections with only one appointment.

Spot Check Inspection

If you are seeing evidence of what you believe to be a termite infestation, fungus infection (dry rot) and/or damage, we inspect the areas that you suspect infestation or infection. We generate a limited report the day following the inspection and email, fax or mail the report to you at your request. If there is any chemical treatment or repair work that needs to be completed for us to give a clearance on the findings we reported, we provide you with a reasonable and competitive quote for the items listed in our report.

Competitive Bid Inspection

If you have already had another company inspect your property, we frequently offer this inspection at no charge. For this free inspection, we require a copy of the other company's report and bid. This requirement enables our inspector to agree or disagree with the findings from the other company. It is to "compare apples to apples". Our prices are extremely competitive and we do our best to give you the best price possible.

Fumigation

When drywood termites extend into inaccessible areas, we find it most ethical to recommend the only treatment proven to reach those areas. We understand that this is not always the most popular choice, but we refuse to mislead our clients with false promises.
